The last two days have been spent buying materials for some of the assemblies, schools and hospitals that we will visit in the coming weeks. We have also been printing and binding hundreds of text books for schools and handouts for the upcoming conferences.
I have been working with Andre each day who I got to know last year. He works full time with Murray Stevenson as a driver and practical worker. He is one of two drivers who take medical and educational supplies throughout the province. He took me to visit his house and meet his family today.
I also spent time with a brother called Kakudji who is involved in literature work in Lubumbashi. He was glad to receive gospel tracts for distribution and it was helpful for me to get a feel for what work is being done in the city and to hear about the difficulties faced with literature work here.
